NowWeBike Team in Budapest  

Cyclists of NowWeBike – JourneyofHope initiative have arrived in Budapest. The team of five started

their cycling tour from Copenhagen and cross several European countries to promote sport and daily physical activity. On the road from Gyöngyös to Budapest they were joined by six other sportsmen of the Mátra Biker Sport Club.

The cycling tour, a program that is connected to the #Beactive campaign of the European Week of Sport also drew the attention of decision makers: the team was welcomed in Budapest by Judit Danada, Head of Sport Unit at the Municipality of Budapest and Péter Berényi, Head of Department at the State Secretariat for Sport of the Ministry of Human Capacities.

The team headed towards Bratislava from Budapest and the journey ended on 17 September in Vienna.
