NETFIT®, TE IS® AND TESI® HAVE OBTAINED TRADEMARK PROTECTION

Following to the logo of Student Olympics^®, exclusive trademark protection has been granted for the major inventions of Hungarian School Sport Federation.

The EU Priority Project implemented by HSSF, TÁMOP No. 3.1.13-12-2013-0001, called “Shaping the new strategy for physical education and the new assessment system of the physical fitness and activity and encouraging volunteering in complex school exercise programs”, has arrived to an important stage: Under No. 213 681, the word NETFIT^®; under No. 213 701, colorful NETFIT^® image; and under No. 213 680, the colorful TESI^® image have been protected by trademark at Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.

With the above decision, Hungarian Intellectual Property Office has registered the trademark requests with retroactive effect therefore the protection starts from the submission of the application. The trademark protection grants an exclusive right for using and utilizing the protected words and images. The trademark, as the most important type of product marks, identifies and distinguishes products and services, promoting the more efficient information of consumers. The trademark protects this distinctness and recognizability.

We are proud to say that by the registration of the above trademarks, the activity of Hungarian School Sport Federation in the priority project has deserved the special attention and has officially obtained a distinctive status. This step is the latest recognition of our efforts to promote regular exercising.
